Screenshots of the company app's radio settings screen — AI reads the coordinates, elevation, azimuth, and everything else visible, and adds each one as a tower automatically. Drop a whole folder's worth at once, or pick several from the file browser.
For a real inventory spreadsheet — hundreds of towers in one upload. Header row required. Columns: label, type, lat, lon (required), plus optional elevation_ft, azimuth_degrees, tilt_degrees, county. Any other columns are kept too.
Upload a Google Earth .kmz or .kml. Each pin becomes a tower, named by the pin's name. A pin with the same name as a tower you already have updates that tower (position and info), so re-upload a corrected file anytime. Lines and shapes are skipped.
Every note, signal reading, and mount record is stamped with whoever was logged in — so give each tech their own login.
